Head-on collision on the slip road between the new 554 and 125 Var: seven injured, three seriously

Seven injured in critical condition, three very seriously, were urgently transferred to three hospitals in Cagliari: Brotzu, Policlinico, and Santissima Trinità.

This is the heavy toll of a head-on accident that occurred this morning on the slip road connecting the new 554 and the new 125, in the Quartu area, between Terra Mala and Santu Lianu.

According to initial reports, two vehicles were involved in the head-on collision. Numerous ambulances responded to the scene.

Quartu local police officers intervened to investigate. The road was closed to allow for rescue operations.
