Head-on collision on State Road 125: six injured, two transported by air ambulance

Road accident in the early afternoon , around 2pm, on state road 125 , on the stretch between Arzachena and Olbia .

For reasons yet to be determined, a car and a van collided head-on . Six people were involved: the two passengers in the car were handed over to air ambulance personnel , while the four passengers in the van, including two minors, were transported by 118 ambulance to Olbia hospital.

The Arzachena Fire Brigade responded to the scene and had to extract one of the car's occupants and the two minors in the van from the wreckage. The rescue operation lasted approximately two hours. The impact on traffic was severe, with severe delays.
