A 37-year-old man was arrested by the Carabinieri of the Giba station for violating the prohibition on approaching the owner of a bar-restaurant in Sant'Anna Arresi.

The measure was ordered by the judge after the latter filed a complaint for a series of threatening and harassing behaviors towards him.

A “persecution” that had been going on since 2023 and which caused the victim a serious state of anxiety.

Last night, despite the provision, the 37-year-old was surprised by the police near the victim's club, in an evident state of psychophysical alteration due to the abuse of alcoholic beverages.

For this reason the military arrested him and placed him under house arrest, pending the direct trial before the judge.
