Six years in prison for sexual assault against her aunt. It is the sentence inflicted by the judge of the Court, Lucia Perra, at the end of the trial with abbreviated rite against a fifty-year-old from Cagliari accused of having deceived and raped his relative, very devoted and at that moment with a profound psychic fragility.

The defendant allegedly created a fake Facebook profile, posing as a Vatican employee very close to the Pope, thus managing to steal the trust of the almost sixty-year-old woman.

The mysterious employee of the Holy See would then have convinced her to have sexual relations with her nephew, as a sort of ritual in order to hope to marry what had become a sort of virtual partner. In 2020 the victim had told everything to a sister and the complaint had been triggered.

The woman was assisted by the lawyer Fausto Argiolas, while the defendant of the defendant, Davide Mascia, has already announced an appeal.
