According to the lawyers of the Saladdino family , the lawyers Gian Mario Solinas and Gabriele Satta, the appeal presented by Antonio Maria Baule and Stefanina Pais, the parents of the murderer Fulvio Baule who, through the lawyer Maria Domenica Camboni, had expressed the will to be able to attend the two grandchildren .

The parties who appeared before the judge of the Juvenile Court of Sassari, Mauro Zollo presented their respective reasons, with clear opposition to the request presented by the paternal grandparents to be able to see the grandchildren.

Giusy Saladdino also before the judge, in her capacity as custodian and guardian of minors just two years old, as well as support administrator of her sister Ilaria Saladdino, attacked and reduced to death by her ex-husband Fulvio Baule who, on 26 February of the last year, he killed his in-laws, Basilio Saladdino and Caterina Mancusa.

The hearing concluded with the conciliatory proposal formulated by judge Mauro Zollo, which the parties will have to evaluate and decide to accept or not, depositing a final note by 8 June.

According to the defense lawyers, the path of structuring the basic relationship between parent-children and of elaborating and overcoming the traumas that the minors have suffered "requires a long and tiring journey with the constant and essential neuropsychological, psychological, psychotherapeutic support, of which mother, children and their families are already using it, to reorganize their lives as best as possible».

Furthermore, again in the exclusive interest of the minors, and given the conflicting relationship between the two families, the lawyers Solinas and Satta ask the Court "to carry out, also through experts, an assessment of the suitability of the paternal grandparents' request to visit minors" .

The best interests of the minor always prevail, which cannot be sacrificed in the name of a hypothetical prejudice in his growth due to the absence of grandparents.
