An inmate has not returned to Bancali from his day release. The news was reported by Sappe delegate Antonio Cannas, delegate of the autonomous penitentiary police union, who reports that the inmate is a Sardinian prisoner originally from Cagliari. "In our opinion," adds Donato Capece, national secretary of Sappe, "it is essential to strengthen the police presence in the territory, including in the Offices for External Penal Enforcement. And to do this, new hires are needed in the penitentiary police force.
