After the complaint and investigation, the judicial authorities ordered a 53-year-old worker from Samassi, already known to the police, to stay within 500 meters of the victim's frequented areas.

The order, issued by the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Oristano Court, also provides for the application of the so-called electronic bracelet , a control tool that will allow the authorities to constantly monitor the suspect's movements.
