Gun without registration number, ammunition and gunpowder: 50 years old in handcuffs in Alghero

A 50-year-old small businessman was arrested in Alghero for possession of weapons and ammunition, and for receiving stolen goods.

During an operation conducted by the carabinieri of the local station together with the helipad Hunters of Sardinia squadron and the dog carabinieri nucleus of Abbasanta, the man was subjected to a search during which a semi-automatic pistol Beretta caliber 6.35 with abraded serial number, various caliber cartridges and gunpowder. None of this had been reported.
