With the deposition of the father of the second alleged victim, a friend of the main accuser, the closed-door trial resumed this morning in Tempio Pausania for the alleged group sexual violence accused of Ciro Grillo and three of his Genoese friends, Vittorio Lauria, Edoardo Capitta and Francesco Corsiglia .
The man spoke about the emotional and psychological state of his daughter, a Milanese girl who was injured by some sexual photographs that were allegedly taken of her on the night between 16 and 17 July 2019 when she was sleeping on the sofa of the villa owned by the family Grillo in Porto Cervo.
The young woman, also a student and former friend of the Italian-Norwegian girl who reported the alleged rape , would not have realized that she had been immortalized by the four with their cell phones. The images emerged only after the defendants' phones had been seized and all the material had been acquired.
“He had panic attacks, he wasn't the same person anymore, he isolated himself,” his father said. Over an hour of questions posed to the man by the public prosecutor Gregorio Capasso and the pool of defense lawyers, to which he responded by focusing on his daughter's psychological situation immediately after discovering that she had been a victim of abuse.
The Milanese student has already been heard by the panel chaired by judge Marco Contu, with a sometimes dramatic testimony in which she told how her life had been turned upside down after learning that she had been a victim of abuse.
After the lunch break, once the parent's hearing was over, it was the turn of the sister of the main accuser, who was 15 at the time, and of the psychiatrist Pablo Zuglian, an expert in eating disorders who was treating the Italian-Norwegian girl .
