A 46-year-old man, already known to the police, was arrested yesterday in Gonnesa by the Carabinieri of the Iglesias Company Radiomobile.
He was stopped while driving his car during a routine traffic check. The military found 52.1 grams of cocaine divided into ten doses ready for sale in the vehicle and subsequently in the 46-year-old's home, as well as a precision scale and 95 euros in small denomination banknotes believed to be the proceeds of drug dealing.
The seized drugs will be sent to the RIS laboratories in Cagliari for analysis.
This morning the man's arrest was validated, for him the obligation to stay in the municipality of residence and the ban on going out in the evening and night was triggered. The report to the INPS for the revocation of the citizen's income will also be triggered .
