Giba: caught driving while intoxicated. He was already under house arrest

He was under house arrest but was surprised by the Giba police during the night while, in a car, he was proceeding in a zigzag along Via San Pietro, clearly intoxicated.

He refused to take a breathalyzer test and will be charged.

During the identification, the military realized that the 77-year-old from Masainas was the recipient of a provision issued by the investigating judge of Cagliari relating to house arrest. A new arrest was therefore made and this morning the man will be tried immediately.
