Gallura, child sexual abuse: victims increase, two new suspects
Several minors involved, raped by their own parents and filmed in videos that were then spread on chats. A woman is also under investigation

There is also a woman among the new suspects for the alleged child pornography ring discovered last year by the Carabinieri of Tempio, the investigation activities had started after the arrest of a man in a small town in Alta Gallura.
The Cagliari District Attorney's Office (competent for computer crimes) has requested the indictment of three people . The accusatory framework is much broader than the initial charges. There is talk of six minors involved and a series of very serious episodes against children, including very young children, which occurred between 2023 and 2024. The investigations have expanded to Olbia, Arzachena, Milan and Pescara. The Carabinieri started with the arrest of a 45-year-old man accused of sexually abusing his eight-year-old son and of having created "child pornography shows" , which were then distributed with files circulated on various messaging platforms.
The request for indictment also concerns a 40-year-old woman from Gallura who allegedly had sexual intercourse in the presence of her daughter , a young child. The victims also include four other teenagers who allegedly frequented the house of the arrested man and watched child pornography with him. A second line of investigation is still underway into the circulation of videos and photos. The man arrested for sexual abuse of his son, defended by the lawyer Angelo Schirru, denies all charges. The victims, assisted by the lawyer Monica Liguori, have been entrusted to social services or other relatives.
