There's a file on the incidents reported by Nicolina Giagheddu. The mother of Emanuele Ragnedda, the man who confessed to the murder of Cinzia Pinna, had filed a complaint in recent days, but in reality, two complaints have been submitted to the Tempio Prosecutor's Office, and now the Gallura magistrates are proceeding.

The woman requested an investigation into alleged acts of physical and psychological violence attributed to her husband, Mario Ragnedda, which, according to Nicolina Giagheddu, occurred over several years. The woman's lawyers, Angela Corda and Lia Deiana, attached to the complaint photos, chats, medical certificates, videos, and a previous complaint filed by the alleged victim. The complaint also details Nicolina Giagheddu's pleas for help to various people.

The investigation has been entrusted to the State Police, and investigators from the Porto Cervo Police Station are expected to handle the case. A key witness could be interviewed shortly, and the alleged victim's appearance at the Prosecutor's Office appears highly likely.

Mario Ragnedda, represented by lawyers Giuseppe Mocci and Gabriele Satta, has already categorically denied the leaked content of the complaint and has announced legal action in all courts, believing himself to be the victim of slander.
