Urgent responses for the city of Olbia and for all the communities of Gallura , the fight against the most widespread criminal phenomena in the north east of the island is done with blunt weapons . Today the mayors of various centers in the homogeneous area of Olbia Tempio explained to the prefect of Sassari, Grazia La Fauci , the major open questions on the front of order and security in urban realities.

The picture is alarming, for example in Olbia, where for weeks there have been successive acts of intimidation with arson raids even during the day . The deputy mayor of Olbia, Sabrina Serra, reported to the Prefecture worrying phenomena such as thefts and damages which increase exponentially especially in the summer period.

And the situation in Olbia is emblematic when it comes to Gallura, the Gallura city goes from 60 thousand residents to 200 thousand people permanently present in the summer. The Police and Carabinieri in terms of staff are absolutely insufficient , but the Public Prosecutor's Office of Tempio itself, as explained by the head of the prosecutors, Gregorio Capasso, operates with a dramatic deficit in administrative staff. The deputy mayor of Olbia, Sabrina Serra, has called for strong action to combat drug dealing , especially to protect minors. The mayor of Arzachena, Roberto Ragnedda, also asked for greater attention and resources for his community .
