The 45-year-old woman, resident in a town a few kilometers from Olbia, who ended up on porn sites due to the unauthorized extraction of images from her cell phone and accounts, is not giving up and will appear before the Cagliari investigating judge in the coming days to seek justice.

The files were reportedly circulated after the smartphone was handed over to a technician for repair.

The complaint filed by the alleged victim of the cyber breach is very serious and implicates several individuals. After a complex investigation, the Cagliari District Attorney's Office (responsible for cybercrimes) found no crimes.

The woman, assisted by lawyers Angelo Merlini and Donatella Corronciu, is now asking that the dismissal of her case be rejected. She claims there is evidence that her accounts (a confidential folder) and her smartphone were hacked after the phone was handed over for inspection.

In addition to the technician in charge of the device, four people who allegedly circulated the images were reported.

The facts are particularly serious: customers at a pub in Olbia allegedly saw photos and videos of the victim on a large screen, and one of her colleagues even showed the frames at work.
