Guests arrived at the General Aviation Terminal at Olbia Costa Smeralda airport shortly before noon this morning for the lunch, scheduled for 2:30 pm at Villa Certosa—the Berlusconi family's historic summer residence overlooking the Gulf of Marinella in Porto Rotondo —organized by the children of Silvio Berlusconi, who passed away in 2023 and would have turned 90 today.

The former prime minister's last companion, Marta Fascina, traveled aboard two private jets, accompanied by Forza Italia politicians such as Gianni Letta, Leonardo Apache La Russa, son of Senate President Ignazio, along with Marcello Dell'Utri, Adriano Galliani, Fedele Confalonieri , and several managers with ties to Berlusconi and the family businesses. Also on the stopover was Paolo, Berlusconi's brother.

According to reports, none of Berlusconi's family members were on board the two flights, likely already present at the historic villa. Among the guests attending the reception in memory of the former Prime Minister and founder of Forza Italia is Olbia Mayor Settimo Nizzi, Berlusconi's personal physician when he was on vacation in Sardinia.

The entire family, including his children, their wives, and grandchildren, gathered at what was the Cavaliere's meeting place for many summers, and which has seen the passing of major heads of state, guests of Silvio Berlusconi. The choice of the villa to celebrate the anniversary of his birth also has strong symbolic value: Villa Certosa was sold to Sheikh Al Thani and his family for €350 million and will be transformed into a super-luxury resort. Therefore, today could be the last time its now former owners visit it.
