From Tazenda to the "Rezophonic" artists: Turritana's Easter Monday is rock

The area around the Aragonese Tower and the city center of Porto Torres will host the rock festival on Easter Monday, a music marathon, in the name of promoting the territory and, in particular, the Island of Asinara. Around, in the heart of the city, markets, entertainment and exhibitions. After the success of the previous editions, this year too Porto Torres is preparing for the great event "Notes under the Tower - Easter Monday in music for Asinara" which will liven up the whole day of Monday 1 April with various artists who will on the stage set up in the area around the Aragonese Tower.
Tazenda will open the show followed by the artists of Mario Riso's Rezophonic project with Cristina Scabbia, Omar Pedrini, Eva Poles, Paletta, Gagno, Andy, Francesco (Fry) Moneti, Gagno and Garrincha, members of the internationally renowned bands including including Lacuna Coil, Timoria, Prozac +, Punkreas, Bluvertigo and Modena City Ramblers. Closing the event will be DJ Toky from Virgin Radio. The entertainment in Corso Vittorio Emanuele will officially start at 10am with the opening of the large pedestrian area which will host appointments and initiatives throughout the day, mainly aimed at promoting the Gulf and the Island of Asinara, the flower of cornerstone of the territory.
Throughout the day, the stands of the Asinara Park operators will remain positioned in the green area around the Aragonese Tower in Piazza Colombo in front of the covered promenade and gazebos, tables and benches will be positioned in collaboration with Multiservizi. A new edition of the painting extemporaneous event organized by TNT Global Art will take place in the same area, specifically dedicated to Asinara and its landscape, environmental and naturalistic peculiarities.
The Park Island will also be promoted through the artistic installations created last year by the Arcobaleno company dedicated to its rich and unique faunal and floral heritage and thanks to the projection on a giant screen of images and films of its natural beauty, made available by Daniele Amato of ISOLA MEA. In the central part of Piazza Eroi dell'Onda a children's area will be set up with inflatable games. Corso Vittorio Emanuele will host the craft and intellectual works markets while all the other stalls, dedicated to commerce and food, will be set up in the area of the covered promenade/Via Mare and in another area of Piazza Eroi dell' Wave.
The Vespa Club Porto Torres will also curate a static exhibition in the area between Piazza Umberto I and the Church of the Beata Vergine della Consolata. «It is a long-awaited event structured on multiple levels – said the councilor for culture Maria Bastiana Cocco – to meet different types of public, with the aim of repeating the success of recent years in terms of the number of attendees in the city".
