It was an illness that killed Massimo Sanna , the 60-year-old found dead yesterday afternoon at his home in via Ricovero, in Oristano . This is what emerged from the autopsy, ordered by the magistrate in consideration of the dynamics of the death.
The man had an important hematoma on the back of his neck, certainly compatible with a fall, but which also opened up other hypotheses. The local police officers had found the body, who had presented themselves at his home, given the absence of the man in the barracks, where he should have presented himself to complete a practice.
The examination later confirmed the death of natural causes : the body was returned to the family members. Tomorrow, at 16, the funeral in the church of San Sebastiano.
