Moments of fear in Su Pallosu, a seaside village near San Vero Milis, following a van fire.

The flames broke out inside the vehicle, possibly due to a faulty gas canister. The van was parked on Ziu Tiagus Street, a few steps from the houses, and moments of great turmoil ensued.

The fire engulfed the vehicle, the tires and windows exploded and the roar attracted many onlookers who crowd the village and the coast of San Vero Milis.

Firefighters from Oristano responded to the scene and extinguished the fire and cleared the area.
