250 euros for more than 5 hours of delay on the Bologna-Alghero flight. This is the compensation obtained from a Sassari citizen who practically had to camp at Marconi airport on May 5 due to a breakdown of the Ryanair aircraft. Instead of landing at 19.40 as planned, in fact, the plane arrived in Alghero at 01.18.

The Justice of the Peace of Bologna intervened on the matter and, a few days ago, sentenced the Irish airline to pay 250 euros to the passenger, a twenty-year-old who had turned to ItaliaRimborso, a claim company with the aim of provide free assistance to travelers experiencing an airline disruption. "Over three hours of delay - explain from ItaliaRimborso - passengers can request financial compensation, as required by EU regulation 261/2004".
