Attacked by three bodyguards during the final evening of the Red Valley, in Olbia. This is what happened to a team leader of the Fire Brigade on duty the night of August 17 , grabbed and thrown to the ground by three bodyguards of the rapper Diss Gacha. The unions are also intervening in the case. " This is a very serious matter . Anyone who touches a State uniform and prevents its continuation of service is committing an attack on security and must be severely sanctioned", said Marco Piergallini, general secretary of Conapo, the most representative union of the National Fire Brigade.
"Finally, in the security bill, the government is introducing more severe penal norms to protect state servants and it is a good thing that - continues the trade unionist - during the parliamentary discussion our requests to include firefighters who were initially excluded were accepted. We hope for a rapid approval because it is clear that exemplary punishments are needed for those who have no respect for those who are in the service of the state and therefore of citizens".
As Ansa explains, the firefighter reportedly signaled a member of the artist's staff to leave one of the escape routes of the stage free, which at that moment was occupied. In response, the team leader was beaten. Immediately helped by the other colleagues present and by the festival's security men, the firefighter suffered minor injuries. The three attackers were immediately stopped by the State Police who identified them and reported them for assault and contempt of a public official.
