Sassari, arson attack: a trailer on fire
The investigators have few doubts: it is a malicious act
Fire last night in Sassari , in the Latte Dolce area.
Two teams from the central headquarters of the fire brigade intervened for the fire of the engine of a trailer in via Umberto Nobile. The alarm went off shortly after 10.30pm.
The timely intervention of the operators limited and confined the flames to the front of the vehicle .
The agents of the flying squad of the police station and those of the local police also arrived on the spot.
The investigators have little doubt about the nature of the fire, it is a malicious act.
The agents collected the testimony of the driver of the vehicle, who lives in the area and had parked the trailer on the street for the night . Some useful elements for the investigations could emerge from the vision of the images recorded by the video surveillance systems in the area.
