Fire in Ittiri overnight: two cars caught fire

A fire overnight in Ittiri seriously damaged two vehicles belonging to a car dealer. The vehicles, two Volkswagen Golfs, were parked near the owner's home.

The fire, likely started deliberately, destroyed the front of the cars . Firefighters arrived on site to put out the flames and limit the damage, before securing the area.

The Carabinieri from the local station were also present and, having carried out the surveys, are awaiting the report from the Red Helmets to ascertain any responsibilities .
