Fire breaks out in an apartment in Olbia, the entire building has been evacuated.

A large fire broke out last night, around 1:00 a.m., inside a fourth-floor apartment on Via De Filippi in Olbia.

For several hours, Olbia firefighters, with the support of a ladder truck, worked to put out the flames and secure the entire building.

The building was evacuated as a precaution, even though it is mostly occupied by offices and therefore not frequented at night. The apartment's residents were able to leave immediately. No injuries were reported.

The fire caused extensive damage to the apartment.
