As soon as he returned from vacation, he felt ill and was rushed to the hospital. Fever and convulsions , his condition immediately appeared critical and when the doctors confirmed that he had contracted malaria, they ordered his transfer to intensive care.
For a couple of days the doctors administered life-saving therapy, but the situation worsened and there was nothing more that could be done for the entrepreneur .
Malaria, which is not transmissible from person to person , is transmitted by the bite of the Anopheles mosquito, which acts as a vector for the parasite.
