Michele Di Martino, one of the leading exponents of Christian Democracy in Sardinia, died at the age of 92.
In Cagliari he was mayor, alderman and city councilor .
Graduated in Law, he spent his entire career in CIS, the Sardinian industrial credit , until he became general manager.
Passionate about sports, he was for a long time manager of Cagliari Calcio and president of Esperia.
