Family doctors are arriving in 53 vacant offices in Sardinia
Ares has assigned the tasks for all the local health authorities on the island: the centers in which the white coats will take up service will soon be known

There are 53 general practitioners who will take up service in as many vacant offices in Sardinia. Ares assigned the tasks this morning.
The final ranking was approved on January 19th. The invitation was sent to the 65 professionals entitled to the vacant primary care positions: 53 accepted the position. The offices were assigned according to the order of ranking and priority in the various territorial areas.
The offices soon to open will be 18 for the ASL of Sassari, 3 for the ASL of Gallura, 3 for the ASL of Ogliastra, 2 for the ASL of Nuoro, 5 for the ASL of Oristano and 22 for the ASL of Cagliari.
Doctors, in agreement with the relevant local health authorities, will have 90 days to choose the municipalities in which to open clinics within the chosen area.
