Energy increases and staggering bills: 750,000 euros arrive from the Region for the Province of Sassari. A measure contained in the Omnibus law, which responds to the appeal to the extraordinary commissioner Pietro Fois, who had complained to the government, in recent weeks, of the serious situation, especially with reference to the energy costs of the school complexes. Appeal welcomed by the executive which had issued a contribution of 800 thousand euros.

Now comes the long-awaited support also from the Region which is going to smooth out the costs of diesel, the increases of which were not contemplated by the ministry as reimbursable in law 34 of 27 April 2022, to the "urgent measure adopted by the Ministry for the cost of electricity and natural gas for the development of renewable energies and for the relaunch of industrial policies”.

For the extraordinary commissioner of the Province of Sassari, Pietro Fois: «With this provision we can restore a budget that is already dry and no longer able to deal with emergencies. These refreshments are welcome, let's hope they can be reinforced in the finance law ».
