The alleged improper use of service cars used by officers is at the center of a double investigation by the military prosecutor of Rome and the prosecutor of the Republic of Cagliari involving the Aves Squadron Group Detachment, Orsa Maggiore, of Elmas.

The two investigations, conducted in recent months by the Carabinieri of the Army military police, involved the Calabrian lieutenant colonel Pasquale Arcudi, until 15 March at the base command, and the Parigrade Massimiliano Gasbarri, originally from Lazio but transplanted to Assemini.

Among the hypotheses of crime being examined by the military prosecutor Antonella Masala and by the deputy Cagliari prosecutor, Rossella Spano, there are embezzlement, multi-aggravated military fraud, violated delivery and aggravated and continued disobedience . In recent months, the investigators of the Carabinieri Military Police of the Army Military Command have seized documents and interviewed about fifty witnesses, including soldiers and civilians.

On March 15th, the changeover took place between the bailer Pasquale Arcudi and the Parisian Danilo Vita, coming from the Viterbo Brigade Command.
