In particular, he announced that he had requested an urgent meeting with the new government to be held before the Council of State, on February 23, enters into the merits of the appeal presented by the Region against the dpcm on energy of the previous Draghi government.

Last November 11, the Council of State accepted the Region's request to suspend the sentence with which the Lazio Regional Administrative Court rejected Sardinia's appeal.

«Since the beginning we have supported the candidacy of Sardinia and the Sos Enattos site for the Einstein Telescope project, a major intervention that can give an alternative development to inland areas. Solinas confirmed the strong pressure on the new government to review the papers signed by the previous one.

The reference is to the Bitti wind farm which threatens the mines of Sos Enattos, in Lula, for the construction of the Einstein Telescope.

“Unfortunately – he explained – the previous governments did not want to resolve the energy issue as a whole. We hope that the new government will be more sensitive".
