Double robbery in Sassari: the suspected perpetrator ends up in Bancali

The alleged perpetrator of two robberies carried out in recent days in Sassari ends up in Bancali, thanks to the intervention of the state police.

The young man allegedly carried out the first action armed with a gun against the owner of a business in Viale Dante . The police officers, who intervened immediately on the spot, taking advantage of the description of the person and the images of the video surveillance cameras, made an identikit of the alleged perpetrator and recorded the car in which he had fled. He then robbed a grocery store in the historic center, this time with a knife .

The police, having arrived at the scene of the events, recognized the vehicle suspected of the previous criminal action and stopped the man inside. The search made it possible to find a jacket and a knife inside the vehicle which the driver reported belonged to his son, a person already known for drug-related crimes. And who was then blocked by the officers and taken to the police station where she attempted to escape by pushing a policeman. Finally the man, like the father from the Sassari hinterland, was taken to prison while the parent received a complaint for aiding and abetting.
