"He killed with the aggravating circumstances of premeditation and cruelty." For this reason, prosecutor Enrica Angioni asks for life imprisonment and isolation for one year - in addition to the accessory penalty of forfeiture of genial responsibility - for Fulvio Baule , the 42-year-old bricklayer from Ploaghe accused of killing with an ax on the evening of the 26th February 2022, in Porto Torres, the in-laws, Basilio Saladdino and Liliana Mancusa, also ferociously attacked his ex-wife Ilaria Saladdino.

Before the Assize Court presided over by judge Massimo Zaniboni (alongside Valentina Nuvoli), the public prosecutor reconstructed the dramatic moments of the murder, which the prosecution believes was committed with savagery and brutality, and those of the attempted murder against the former wife.

Requests for compensation have arrived from the civil party lawyers, Gian Mario Solinas and Silvia Ferraris , who ask for confirmation of the criminal responsibilities of the accused.
