Dolianova: they change the lock and illegally occupy an apartment
The legitimate owners filed a complaint against a woman from Mandas and a man from Quartu Sant'Elena
They occupied an apartment in Dolianova taking advantage of a momentary absence of the owners , changed the lock and moved into the house.
The story came to light after a lawsuit filed in December by a 68-year-old and her 21-year-old son. A 38-year-old from Quartu Sant'Elena and a 25-year-old from Mandas ended up in trouble, both reported by the Carabinieri of Dolianova for invasion or occupation of buildings, aggravated theft, embezzlement, violation, suppression and destruction of correspondence.
From what has been reconstructed, the two - in March 2020 - had entered a house, replacing the lock on the entrance door they had occupied the apartment complete with furnishings, appliances and furnishings, effectively preventing the legitimate owners from repossessing it and also to have access to the correspondence that arrived from time to time.
Mother and son then proceeded to cut off the electricity and water supplies. The military, together with the technical staff, ascertained that the two squatters had made an irregular connection to the water supply of the Abbanoa company, which in turn formalized a lawsuit for theft of water.
The conclusion of the eviction proceedings is now awaited .
