Ten years of imprisonment. This is the sentence requested by the deputy prosecutor Gilberto Ganassi against Giulio Collu, 46 years old from Quartu, known by the nickname of “Hitler”, already at the center of numerous investigations related to drug trafficking.

Before the Gup of the Court, Lucia Perra is accused of kidnapping, extortion and detention for the purpose of drug dealing .

Defended by the lawyer Riccardo Floris, the 46-year-old appeared this morning in the courtroom for the trial - which is being held with an abbreviated procedure - escorted by a large group of prison officers. Leyla Monni , a young woman from Sinnai who, according to the accusation, would have attracted a customer to Collu's house was also involved in the investigation.

Ganassi asked for three years and 4 months for her.

The investigation was triggered when the carabinieri of Quartu and Selargius had suspected that Collu was not respecting the obligations deriving from the preventive measure to which he was subjected, letting numerous people into the house.

According to the prosecution - on one of these evenings - the accused would have demanded more money from another boy than was agreed for drug use. The threats would have passed to the beatings and the suspect would have taken possession, among other things, of the scooter owned by the victim. Not only that: the buyer would have been escorted to the ATM and forced - according to the prosecution - to withdraw 500 euros.

The defender, Riccardo Floris, asked for Collu's acquittal because none of the disputed conduct would be attributable to his client. The sentence is expected on November 16.
