Cuglieri, bus against car on highway 292

Accident between a bus and a car on state road 292, near Cuglieri.

The bus (which carried only the driver on board) near a sharp curve at kilometer 109 collided, for reasons yet to be ascertained, with a car moving in the opposite direction.

Operations room 115 received the distress call at around 4:40 pm and sent the emergency response team from the Cuglieri fire brigade detachment to the site.

The operators secured the vehicles involved and began the operations necessary to restore the road network, which had been interrupted for about 40 minutes.

At the end of the safety measures, the Carabinieri were able to proceed with the findings.
Also present was the 118 who took care of the driver of the car accompanying her to the San Martino for checks.
