This morning shortly after 6 in the Dogana Segni quay, in the commercial port of Porto Torres, La Belle de Oceans, the cruise ship built in 1989 and sailing under the Belgian flag, landed.

French speaking most of the 129 passengers who, welcomed by the staff of the Tourist Office of the "Nino Pala" maritime station, decided in part to stay in the city, while others chose excursions to other locations in the province of Sassari.

The ship, 103 meters long, elegant and majestic, touched the Turritan port of call after leaving the port of Ajaccio, in Corsica. Three landings on the calendar at the Turritano port of call for the year 2023, concentrated in the months of September and November.

The companies that have chosen Porto Torres as a destination for the itineraries, in addition to the Renaissance arriving on 15 September and 9 November next, also the Hebridean Sky company scheduled for 20 September. The arrival of La Belle de Oceans, although scheduled, had not been included in the Port System Authority's calendar.
