All indicted for the Covid epidemic of summer 2020 in the nightclubs of the Costa Smeralda and Porto Rotondo. The Gup of the Tempio Court, Marco Contu, today accepted the request of the prosecutor Mauro Lavra in the proceedings on the Gallura nightlife and the contagion of around thirty workers and an indefinite number of customers of three historic clubs. Three people and three companies (called into question as companies) are on trial. First of all, there is Billionaire srl and its administrator Roberto Pretto. Flavio Briatore's place (who is not involved) is called into question for two crimes: it is the most delicate position. In the indictment, the prosecutor contests the culpable epidemic and the criminal violations of the anti-contagion rules, contained in the laws and ordinances passed by the State and the Region in 2020 to limit the risk of spreading the virus.

According to the Tempio Prosecutor's Office, the Billionaire did not protect his employees. In one case, the "image" girls were even forced not to use masks. Only the violation of the anti-Covid measures (not the culpable epidemic) is contested against Luciano Guidi and Medex srl for the infections of the workers at Phi Beach (the defenders are Silvio Pinna, Salvatore Casula and Roberto Nati). Same accusation for the Porto Rotondo Country Club. The disputes concern the administrator Franco Carrington and Eurfun srl, assisted by the lawyers Rino Cudoni, Luigi Esposito and Vanni Boldarin.

There are around thirty workers indicated as offended people. Many have already been compensated, only some have taken civil action.
