Up to 16 thousand euros per square meter for a villa in Arzachena. In the Olbia area, on the other hand, no less than 10,700 are spent. In Palau, on the other hand, they reach 7,600 euros per square metre.
Despite the prices - stratospheric for most - the Costa Smeralda is confirmed as one of the most popular Italian territories in the luxury residential market .
Suffice it to say that, based on the main supply indicators, availability of adverts on the market, total value of the stock offered and total surfaces, the purchases and sales of luxury residences in the three most "in" centers of the Gallura coast have seen an increase since 2019 between 48% and 55% compared to the first half of 2019 .
