Up to 16 thousand euros per square meter for a villa in Arzachena. In the Olbia area, on the other hand, no less than 10,700 are spent. In Palau, on the other hand, they reach 7,600 euros per square metre.
Despite the prices - stratospheric for most - the Costa Smeralda is confirmed as one of the most popular Italian territories in the luxury residential market .
