Citizenship income unduly perceived: 140 foreigners reported in Cagliari

140 foreigners were denounced by the Cagliari State Police for having unduly received the citizenship income.

From what emerges, the suspects would have obtained the subsidy from 2019 through false declarations. In total, the sum collected exceeds 4 million euros.

Investigators continue to investigate another 478 people, also of foreign nationality, who have received the benefit from 2019 who risk being reported and revoked.
