The Tempio Pausania prosecutor's office has a key witness in the investigation into the murder of Cinzia Pinna. Prosecutors Gregorio Capasso and Noemi Mancini have reportedly already taken statements from a person, apparently a man, who witnessed events relevant to the investigation. Specifically, they are talking about events that occurred over the entire weekend following September 11th, the day of the Conca Entosa (Palau) crime.

The judicial authorities are not releasing details about the testimony gathered by the Carabinieri. The person interviewed reportedly saw other individuals in action inside the house in the Conca Entosa farmhouse, busy cleaning the rooms of the building, especially the room where Cinzia Pinna was killed with three gunshots to the head.

This would be a very precise witness, having closely observed those in the house . The statements are highly significant, as they describe the people Emanuele Ragnedda had called to tidy up his country home (cleaning the floors, replacing a blood-stained sofa and cushions, washing the pillowcases). It is not excluded that the witness contributed to the identification of the people he saw.
