Criminal proceedings have opened in Cagliari against three people accused of continued and aggravated child pornography, sexual violence against five minors and other crimes. The trial is being held in Cagliari due to the jurisdiction of the District Attorney's Office.

We are talking about the investigation conducted by the Carabinieri of Tempio, which culminated with the arrest of a 42-year-old man (in prison since spring 2024) accused of having abused his eight-year-old son and filmed him, then circulating the images . The investigation started from the complaint of the child's mother. The woman and her son are civil parties, assisted by the lawyer Monica Liguori.
