Child pornography, a 74-year-old from Senorbì ends up in a cell
He must serve 8 years in prison and pay a fine of 50,000 euros
A 74-year-old from Senorbì was arrested for crimes of child pornography committed in competition with other people.
Yesterday the handcuffs for the pensioner went off.
The carabinieri arrested him after a prison order issued by the Court of Cagliari in execution of a sentence by the Court of Appeal of the Sardinian capital.
The man, retired, must serve the sentence of 8 years in prison and pay a fine of 50,000 euros . He was taken to Uta Jail.
Article 600 ter of the Penal Code provides for imprisonment from 6 to 12 years and a fine from 24,000 to 240,000 euros for those who " using minors under the age of 18, perform pornographic exhibitions or shows or produce pornographic material ". And for those who " recruit or induce minors under the age of 18 to participate in pornographic exhibitions or shows or otherwise make a profit from the aforementioned shows ".
