Emergency intervention to rescue a 6-year-old child who suddenly felt ill while he was traveling with his family on the Tuscan coast, bound for Ibiza and in transit off Cagliari .

After the alarm raised by the captain at the Port Authority , the ship was reached by a Coast Guard patrol boat about 8 miles south of the Sardinian capital.

The child was thus recovered and transported to the port where an ambulance of 118 was waiting for him and urgently transferred him to the Brotzu hospital .

From what is learned, the little one would have accused the symptoms of appendicitis .
