Extensive service to combat hygienic-sanitary violations in nightclubs by the carabinieri of Selargius with colleagues from the Quartu radio mobile, the canine group of Cagliari and the Nas of the capital. The operations were carried out last night and led to a penalty of a 48-year-old from Cagliari, manager of a bar pizzeria in Monserrato , for 3 thousand euros.
The detected irregularity concerns the non-compliance with the HACCP self-control plan dedicated to food management, the failure to apply the provisions of the operating sheets for the management of critical points, in particular the sanitation procedures, as well as inadequacies in the requirements of premises and equipment.
As part of the activities, 22 vehicles and 55 people were checked on the road, in some Arma checkpoints, and another 10 subjected to various alternative regimes to prison detention.
