A series of checks at the public establishments in Senorbì was carried out by the carabinieri of the local station together with Suelli's colleagues, the specialized personnel of the NIL and the NAS of Cagliari.

In one room, the failure to update the cards required by the HACCP self-control manual, the deterioration of the hygienic conditions required in the courtyard area adjacent to the kitchen, the extension of the surface for administration without prior communication to the competent authority were verified, with the installation of a gazebo with an area of 50 square meters, equipped with tables and chairs, in addition to having installed a video surveillance system without authorization.

In a second exercise, the hiring of a worker without a regular contract, having administered alcoholic beverages to a minor, having activated a food deposit without the required prior notification to the competent authority, the installation of a video surveillance system, such as to also be able to monitor employees, without authorization, and not having kept the data collection forms and the self-control manual available to the authorities.

During the checks, the two managers and three patrons were sanctioned because they did not have a Green pass.
