Aspal will intervene on the collective dismissal of workers at the Casa della Divina Provvidenza in Sassari .

Yesterday, in the meeting between the bankruptcy trustee and the unions, the agreement was rejected on the last day to resolve the issue . Which sees 17 employees of the structure waiting to know their future after the bankruptcy of the institute ordered by the court in December, the appointment of a curator and the progressive exit of the guests. They went from over 40 five months ago to the current six, with more than thirty people transferred to similar hospices or to their relatives' homes.

In the meantime , workers are waiting for answers about the future while they have not received salaries for two months , and to the absence of which must be added significant arrears.

Now it is Aspal that has to untangle the mess with a decision that seems inevitable , such as that of the collective dismissal of workers. Unless the Region releases the 4 million euros allocated by the institution at the time and ended up on ice after the judge's decision.

The CSA union is asking for it, in the hope of not having to roll the credits on the structure founded by Father Manzella.
