In fact, the “Pacha III” was sighted off the coast of San Teodoro , i.e. the vintage yacht, launched in 1931, which the Monegasque princess never fails to use every year for her summer holidays.
A historic boat that for Carolina is one of the "places of the heart": the boat was in fact given to her by her husband Stefano Casiraghi, shortly before his tragic death during an offshore race (1990).
Furthermore, the name – Pacha – is a tribute to their three children, since PA-Cha is the acronym of the names Pierre, Andrea and Charlotte.
As reported by the French press, on board with Carolina, now 66 years old, three of her seven grandchildren, with some friends.
