The Alghero Foundation is scouting for ideas for Carnival 2026 and officially launching a creative initiative with an exploratory survey aimed at identifying artistic proposals to include in the cultural program.

The goal, according to a statement, is to enliven the city's social and commercial fabric during the Carnival festivities, offering opportunities for entertainment, socializing, and cultural growth for both the local community and visitors.

The program will have to be designed for a heterogeneous audience, therefore live shows, performing and street arts, music, theater, dance and itinerant performances , with the aim of animating urban spaces and symbolic places of the city.

Interested cultural operators, associations, and artists must complete the appropriate expression of interest form and submit it no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, exclusively by email to fondazionealghero@informapec.it.
