For the judges of the Court of Appeal of Cagliari it is a commercial fraud, so much so that they overturned the first degree acquittal against Salvatore Faedda and Fernando Fois, now sentencing them to six months' imprisonment with a suspended sentence. The panel of the First Criminal Section also declared the administrative responsibility of the company "Le maraviglie srl" and sentenced the company to a fine of 30 thousand euros.
