Carbonia: foul-smelling sewage in Santu Milanu, the Carabinieri intervene

After some reports by the residents of Serbariu and Is Toccus for the presence of nauseating smells coming from the Rio Santu Milanu , probably attributable to an abusive spill of sewage sewage, this morning the Serbariu neighborhood committee advised the carabinieri that they carried out an inspection to ascertain any offense and discover the causes of the annoying smell and the unusual dense white and brown foam present on the surface of the water.
